Full Job Description
The role of an Activities Coordinator at Agincare is to design and implement engaging activities and events for residents in their care home. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the elderly by providing companionship, organizing social and recreational activities, and supporting residents' independence and wellbeing., As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and executing a diverse activities program, planning events like summer BBQs and Christmas parties, and regularly interacting with residents to understand their interests and preferences. You will coordinate with external entertainers and businesses to bring new experiences to the care home. Additionally, you will support residents' mobility and independence through activities such as Zumba, ballroom dancing, and balloon tennis.
