Position: Activities Co-ordinator Care home: Adswood Lodge Location: Stockport, SK3 8HZ Contract type: 30 hours per week Rate: £12.71 per hour About the role As an Activities Coordinator you will organise and lead meaningful, entertaining activities for the people we support, empowering them to live fulfilled and happy lives. Responsibilities
- Organise individual activity plans based on people's unique goals and interests.
- Foster community spirit through group activities.
- Support people to maintain their current hobbies and interests and to take up new ones, including educational opportunities.
- Assist people to become more involved in their local community.
- Celebrate national awareness days, holidays and individual/collective achievements.
