We are excited to invite experienced Advanced Clinical/Nurse Practitioners to join our growing Out of Hours clinical workforce across Birmingham and Solihull. Our clinicians deliver high-quality urgent primary care working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team. Whether you are looking for regular sessions or occasional work to fit around your existing commitments, we offer flexible self-employed opportunities across evenings, weekends and overnight services. Current Opportunities Flexible sessions available including:

• Telephone Consultation
• Face to Face Clinics
• Home Visiting
• Evening, Overnight and Weekend Sessions
• Immediate and ongoing opportunities available.
About the Role As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner / Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will work autonomously to assess, diagnose and manage patients presenting with undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions within an urgent primary care setting. You will:
• Independently assess, examine, diagnose and treat patients of all ages (Including children under 5).
• Deliver care via telephone consultations, face to face appointments and home visits.
• Prescribe safely within your scope of practice.
• Make autonomous clinical decisions using advanced assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Recognise deteriorating patients and escalate appropriately.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Work collaboratively with GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective patient care.
  
  Current NMC or HCPC registration.
• MSc Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent advanced practice qualification).
• Independent Prescribing qualification.
• Recent experience within Primary Care, Urgent Treatment Centre or Out of Hours services.
• Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
