We're looking for a Account Support Administrator who will coordinate appointments, liaise with site and laboratory teams, and ensure client reports are delivered accurately and on time. Role Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments with site managers, residents, and relevant contacts.
- Liaise proactively with clients, ensuring timely responses to requests and updates.
- Coordinate closely with surveyors and laboratory teams to support accurate workflow.
- Handle data and information with precision, including spreadsheet use and programme management.
- Monitor client KPIs to ensure reports are issued within agreed timeframes. Required Qualifications: Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
- Strong attention to detail with experience delivering professional, high-quality client service.
- Proficient user of Excel, Word, and software databases.
