We're looking for a Account Support Administrator who will coordinate appointments, liaise with site and laboratory teams, and ensure client reports are delivered accurately and on time. Role Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments with site managers, residents, and relevant contacts.
  • Liaise proactively with clients, ensuring timely responses to requests and updates.
  • Coordinate closely with surveyors and laboratory teams to support accurate workflow.
  • Handle data and information with precision, including spreadsheet use and programme management.
  • Monitor client KPIs to ensure reports are issued within agreed timeframes.

  • Strong attention to detail with experience delivering professional, high-quality client service.
  • Proficient user of Excel, Word, and software databases.
