Full Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Advisor is responsible for ensuring the effective and timely collection of customer payments while building and maintaining strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. The role supports key Accounts Receivable activities and contributes to period-end reporting and wider business objectives.,
- Proactively chase outstanding debt through phone calls, emails, and written correspondence to ensure timely payment collection.
- Accurately process and allocate incoming cash payments.
- Manage a high volume of debit notes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Apply Accounts Receivable best practices, including credit applications and discount management.
- Identify, investigate, and escalate issues promptly to minimise risk and support resolution.
- Provide regular account status updates to operational and finance stakeholders.
- Support the Team Leader and Manager with period-end reporting activities.
