Accounts Payable Vendor Management Assistant

You will join Accounts Payable within the Department of Finance, and be responsible for the accurate creation of new vendors and the amendment of existing vendor records in line with Procurement and Payment requirements. You will provide a range of clerical support roles to the team in order to facilitate them in implementing and delivering an innovative and professional Accounts Payable service.

We are looking for an individual who demonstrates a keen sense of administrative acumen and evidence experience of working in a professional business environment. Who can demonstrate excellent organisational, communication and time management skills.
