Capital City College is looking for a skilled Accounts Payable Assistant to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London. About the Role This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis. To work as part of an integrated finance team to deliver an efficient and effective accounts payable service to all College staff and wider stakeholders. To record and process all invoices in respect of supplier payments, in both Proactis and SUN, in the accounting systems. To ensure that all documents are properly authorised and appropriately coded. To liaise with college staff, suppliers regarding queries on all aspects of invoicing and processing.   • Confidence working with systems and processes, including experience in working with P2P systems is desirable
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
