Accounts Payable Analyst

Leeds / Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office (LS15 8ZB) This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking for a new and exciting challenge, by joining a rapidly expanding global brand. You will have worked in a similar role and have the ability to work within a fast paced, high volume environment. This position requires self- motivation, organization, and the need to be cross functional with the business.

• Validate and process invoices, ensuring the correct approval processes are followed.
• Match invoices to purchase orders.
• Record invoices onto Excel trackers.
• Process high volume of invoices.
• Reconcile statements to the ledgers.
• Weekly payment runs and allocations.
• Maintain a clean ledger with regular housekeeping.
• Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
• Support other team members when required.
  
  Methodical and diligent with the ability to manage tight deadlines.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• A can-do attitude, with a strong team working ethic.
