Full Job Description
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Accounts / Office Assistant to join our growing, multi-site leisure business. This is a varied and hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of a busy finance function. You will work closely with the Accounts Manager.,
- Accurately enter and manage financial transactions using Xero
- Process supplier invoices
- Support bank and cash reconciliations
- Maintain accurate and well-organised financial records
- Monitor and manage the accounts email inbox
- Liaise with site teams to resolve queries and gather information
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team
- Assist with month-end processes and reporting
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, is naturally organised, and wants to build experience within a supportive and fast-paced environment., Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy - Good organisational and time-management skills
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Comfortable learning new systems (we use Xero for our accounts)
- A proactive, reliable, and positive approach to work
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with different teams
- Previous admin or accounts experience is helpful but not essential
