Accounts Assistant Apprentice

Introduction

A & P Services are looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Accounts Assistant to join their existing team. This new position is an ideal opportunity for someone who plans to develop a career in Accounts. You will be assisting with purchase ledger, sales ledger, payroll and other finance functions.

Established in 2004, A & P Services are a well-known accountancy firm who serve both private clients and companies Globally. Alongside general accountancy, including bookkeeping and payroll advice, we also offer specialist taxation services, such as tax investigation fees insurance.

What You'll Do

• Inputting on to Sage software
• Client sales and purchases
• Bank accounts
• Bank reconciliations
• Problem solving
• VAT submissions
• Emailing and filing

Training Outcome

Depending on business circumstances, this role may lead to a full-time position within the company and an opportunity to progress onto the AAT Level 3 qualification.

Working Arrangements

Working Week: Monday to Thursday working between the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm and Friday working between the hours of 9:00am - 3:00pm.
