- Processing purchase and sales invoices
- Vehicle invoicing and margin analysis
- Daily banking, cash postings, and reconciliation
- Supporting month-end procedures
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Liaising with sales, service, and external suppliers
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support the finance function within our busy car dealership., Previous experience in an accounts or finance role (motor trade experience desirable but not essential) - Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting systems
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
