Full Job Description

  • Reconciling purchase ledger statements monthly
  • Registering of purchase invoices
  • Accurate payment of all purchase ledger accounts
  • Maintaining company credit card records
  • Reconciling company bank statements
  • Banking and cash management
  • Expenses and petty cash control

    Must have excellent communication skills
  • Experience preferred of using CDK computer package but not essential
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Month end tasks and procedures as and when required
  • Willing to be a team player
