We have an exciting role on offer within our Finance service as a Senior Accounting Officer. Are you an experienced finance professional looking for the chance to make a meaningful difference? We're looking for a Senior Accounting Officer to join our Adult or Children's Social Care finance teams—a vital service area at the heart of improving outcomes for residents across Middlesbrough. This is a unique opportunity to shape how the service operates, influence financial decision-making, and play a key role in supporting one of the Council's most important directorates. An understanding of local government finance is desirable but not essential.
