Full Job Description

As a Sales Representative, you will forge strong relationships with top-tier restaurants and significantly impact the selection available to Uber Eats users. We're looking for a motivated individual with local market knowledge, a passion for food, and a knack for building partnerships. Your primary focus will be acquiring new restaurant partners, utilizing your pitching, negotiation, and internal process management skills to ensure their success. You will also guide restaurants through the onboarding process and partner with them to achieve new levels of growth with Uber Eats. Curate and manage your sales pipeline, using your local expertise to diversify restaurant options for eaters across various cuisines. Close deals with restaurant partners by managing the end-to-end sales process, driving mutual business growth. Negotiate contracts to establish strong, sustainable partnerships with restaurant partners. Clearly communicate the value of Uber Eats and its latest offerings, helping restaurant partners achieve their business goals. Contribute to process improvement and redesign to support rapid scaling of Uber Eats. Demonstrate Sales Lifecycle Management through retention & growth, sales planning, and identifying & winning opportunities.     1+ years of professional experience in sales. Proven track record of being results-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated with a strong drive to achieve goals. Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide tailored solutions for diverse customer needs. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: A team player with a positive attitude and energy, contributing to a collaborative and fast-paced environment. CRM experience (Salesforce preferred). Experience in the food delivery or hospitality industry. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Demonstrated Market & Platform Expertise with industry knowledge and Uber platform expertise. Experience in value creation, presentation skills, perseverance & creativity.
