To work with the Head of Employer Engagement to effectively implement the Employer Engagement Strategy - specifically through Key Account Management of large levy paying employers in South Wales & beyond.,

• Act as the main point of contact between Key Accounts and Gower College Swansea. The role will have a focus on apprenticeship provision - both upskilling existing staff members, but also in the recruitment of new staff into their organisations.
• Communicate confidently with key employers' senior HR/OD representatives - understanding their objectives/targets and working with them to achieve these through effective implementation of learning and development support offered via Gower College Swansea.
• Work closely with the Head of Work Based Learning to ensure that accounts are supplied with the most accurate information, effective recruitment support, and specialist advice and guidance.
  
  Track record of achieving targets within a business development role within a commercial training environment
• An understanding of Work Based Learning/ Apprenticeship provision (in Wales and/or England (Application & Interview)
• Experience of developing strong and effective stakeholder relationships (Application & Interview)
• Track record of engaging and building relationships with employers to provide a range of services to support customer requirements

• Working pattern:
Monday: 9.30 - 2.30 Tuesday - Thursday: 9.30 - 5 Friday: 9.30 - 4.30
• Fixed term for 3 months
• £32,557 - £34,449 per annum
• Jubilee Court Campus (Fforestfach), 28 days pro rata annual leave, plus bank holidays, and the college is closed for two weeks over the Christmas period
