As part of the team, you will be working across a range of the UK's most exciting beauty brands alongside up-and-coming category disruptors, generating top-tier press and influencer coverage for clients whilst delivering game-changing strategic ideas and implementation. Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day running of a portfolio of beauty, wellness and lifestyle accounts, ensuring activity is delivered on time, to a high standard and against agreed objectives.
• Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted day-to-day contact while supporting the senior team with wider strategic planning.
• Support the development and execution of integrated PR, influencer and retail campaigns, contributing ideas and recommendations that align with client objectives.
• Lead media and influencer outreach across your accounts, identifying opportunities to secure impactful coverage, partnerships and brand awareness.
• Oversee campaign timelines, reporting, budgets and account administration, ensuring projects run efficiently and proactively flagging any challenges.
• Write and review high-quality client communications, press releases, media materials, reports and campaign documents.
• Confidently contribute to client meetings, presenting updates on campaign activity, results and next steps.
• Identify emerging trends, media opportunities and cultural moments, proactively bringing ideas to the wider team and clients.
• Manage and support the development of junior team members
• Delegate effectively across the team, ensuring workloads are balanced and deadlines are met.
• Support the development of campaign ideas, annual planning and strategic recommendations alongside senior team members.
• Contribute to new business through research, creative ideation, proposal development and pitch preparation.
• Build and strengthen relationships with journalists, creators, talent managers and industry contacts.
• Play an active role in the wider agency by contributing to brainstorming sessions, sharing opportunities and supporting internal initiatives.
  
  4+ years' experience within a UK consumer PR agency, ideally working across beauty, wellness or lifestyle brands.
• Experience managing the day-to-day delivery of multiple client accounts within a fast-paced agency environment.
• Strong understanding of traditional PR, influencer marketing, product seeding, events and integrated communications.
• Excellent media and influencer relationships, with a track record of securing quality coverage.
• Confident writing press releases, media pitches, client communications, reports and campaign documents.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with experience managing timelines, budgets and multiple priorities.
• Comfortable leading day-to-day client communications and presenting campaign updates in meetings.
• Experience managing and supporting junior team members, helping them prioritise workloads and develop professionally.
• Commercially aware, with an understanding of client objectives and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities that add value.
• Passionate about beauty, wellness and consumer culture, with a keen eye for emerging brands, trends and retail developments.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys contributing ideas, supporting colleagues and playing an active role in agency culture.
