Full Job Description

  • Own strategy and commercial growth of our customers
  • Drive revenue, adoption, and market segment share for our product
  • Earn trust of customers (shippers) and recommend product solutions that fit their business needs, meeting and exceeding targets for customer revenue and/or feature adoption
  • Measure performance, articulate root-cause analysis, and link to specific improvement areas
  • Relay market segment needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams
  • Analyse current purchasing processes and evaluate opportunities for solutions to improve end user experiences, reduce costs, and accelerate organization performance
  • Drive and accelerate spend adoption through advising customers on best practices for using our product
  • Assess program risks, anticipate challenges, and provide escalation management when necessary

    Amazon is innovating in the Operations and Logistics space and looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, and analytical Associate Account Manager for the UK. We are looking for an Account Manager who will be excited by working in a new start-up environment and will have familiarity with B2B sales and account management for Medium up to Large level customers.
    • The successful Account Manager will be comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating in a start-up environment. You will have experience developing relationships across a diverse customer base, drive commercial growth for the business and work effectively with functional areas such as Business, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and IT; and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding program goals and revenue targets. This role will be based in London with possible moderate travel (maximum 25%), Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage - Experience in business development, partner development, sales, Go-To-Market etc - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements and to influence senior stakeholders, Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services - Experience solving problems with technology within multiple industries. - Experience working with Core Cloud Technology Services, including, but not limited to Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, and/or Networking - Experience working with Business Application Technologies, including, but not limited to End User Compute (EUC), Supply Chain, Contact Center as a Service, Consumer Data Applications, Encrypted Communications, and/or Communication Developer Services - Experience working with Advanced Compute technologies including, but not limited to: Accelerated Compute, High Performance Compute, Visual/Spatial Compute, and/or IoT. - Experience working with Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration technologies, including, but not limited to, Mainframe, Serverless, Containers, or Cloud Operations
