New Build Key Account Manager
Location: Bristol (Field based - covering the whole of the Southwest territory)
Salary: Competitive Salary + Bonus + Company Car / Car Allowance + Benefits

What Will You Be Doing?
- Develop and execute an effective business plan to increase sales with the new build sector.
- Adopting highly personable skills, to strengthen relationships to realise additional opportunities.
- Pro-actively managing and supporting Regional / National Developers to grow their accounts.
- Ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded within the agreed timeframe, to contribute towards the achievement of the regional sales target.
What You Will Bring:
- Well-established relationships with contractors, specifiers, merchants and regional developers, with an excellent track record for securing specifications.
- Excellent ability at influencing early stages, in order to build a solid sales pipeline.
- Highly organised individual, who enjoys the autonomy in managing your own work schedule.
- Customer-centric mindset, with thorough technical product knowledge of air source heat pumps.
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in identifying and winning untapped sales potential.
