Opportunities to get involved with digital account management too. Further progression is an option within the role, to include supporting our inbound sales functions too. This role will help provide experience into many aspects of channel sales for employees' ongoing professional development. Key Role Responsibilities: Account Management tasks done over the phone/Teams, including but not limited to welcome calls, query handling & resolution, supporting specific sales campaigns & key account maintenance Weekly volume and sales reporting for partners Owning the relationship and targets for UK fuels partners. Supporting the day-to-day account management of the partners Weekly administration for key partnership account. Experience/Skills required: Experience in a Customer Service or related role Third party-centric focus and interest in Account Management
