Account Manager

This is a key role focused on account management, customer service, and sales growth. The successful candidate will work closely with both new and existing customers to identify opportunities, provide quotations, and deliver an excellent customer experience.,

• Manage and develop key customer accounts
• Generate new business and follow up sales opportunities
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• Produce accurate and timely quotations
• Handle inbound customer enquiries by phone and email
• Provide product advice and support
• Use CRM systems to manage customer interactions and sales activity
• Support the wider sales team in achieving targets
  
  Confident and professional communicator
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Well organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts
• Previous experience in Civils, Drainage, or Building Materials (highly desirable)
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a proactive approach
