Full Job Description
Brand and Sales Management
- Manage 360 wholesale operations for assigned brands - from order management and showroom appointments to after-sales coordination.
- Act as the key point of contact between brands, retailers, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
- Support strategic planning and growth initiatives to expand brand presence across global markets. Sales Strategy and Performance
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies in collaboration with brand partners to achieve seasonal and annual targets.
- Monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
- Present collections and brand stories during showroom appointments, trade shows, and seasonal market events. Professional Network
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international retail partners.
- Leverage existing industry contacts to bring new retailers and opportunities into the Paper Mache Tiger network.
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring partners are supported throughout all stages of the sales cycle. Operations and Reporting
- Oversee order entry, tracking, and delivery timelines with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and invoicing.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback for brand partners.
Minimum 5 years' experience in account management, wholesale, or brand management within the fashion, lifestyle, or design industry. - Strong understanding of international retail landscapes and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, organized, and commercially driven with strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to four times per year.
- Right to work in the UK.
