Account Internal Sales Executive - Head Office

Pickerings Hire is looking for a driven and customer-focused Key Account Internal Sales Executive to join our growing sales team.

Working closely with our Key Account Managers, you will help manage and develop relationships with nationally based key account customers, identifying new opportunities, converting enquiries into profitable sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will manage the sales pipeline through proactive follow-up and regular customer engagement, including calls, Teams meetings and account reviews, while promoting the full range of Pickerings Hire products and services to maximise sales opportunities and support the continued growth of our key account portfolio.

We are looking for someone who is commercially focused, confident and motivated by building strong customer relationships. You will be proactive in identifying and converting sales opportunities, comfortable working to targets and able to manage a busy pipeline effectively.

You will ideally have experience in internal sales, account management or business development, with excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.

You will be confident engaging customers by telephone, email and Teams, with a customer-focused approach that enables you to understand their needs, recommend the right solutions and maximise sales opportunities., If you are commercially driven, enjoy building relationships and want to make a real impact in a growing sales team, we'd like to hear from you.
