Full Job Description

  • Be insights-driven and actively communicate relevant industry, media and social trends to the wider business and account teams.
  • Support across a portfolio of beauty, wellness and lifestyle accounts, delivering day-to-day account support with a strong focus on press office activity and coverage generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key media and influencer contacts, with a focus on Beauty Writers, Assistants and emerging contacts.
  • Proactively pitch products, brand stories, expert commentary and trend-led angles to secure consistent coverage across print, online, social and broadcast media.
  • Increase and sustain levels of coverage across daily, weekly and monthly titles, supporting wider brand awareness and client objectives.
  • Lead all press office and influencer seeding activity within account teams, including creative mailers, product send-outs and mass mailings.
  • Support the development of SEO-led press office assets and reactive pitching opportunities, helping to drive discoverability, backlinks and long-term media relevance.
  • Develop creative and commercially relevant pitching angles informed by insights, trends and cultural moments.
  • Assist in the development and execution of events and activations, supporting from creative ideation through to logistics, administration and on-site delivery.
  • Lead coverage monitoring and reporting across accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for both clients and the senior team.
  • Manage product stock maintenance and replenishment, coordinating closely with clients on deliveries, timelines and inventory management.
  • Support the creation of monthly reports, client assets and presentation materials, showcasing best-in-class results and campaign moments.
  • Contribute to weekly insights meetings, identifying proactive media opportunities, emerging trends and new pitching angles.
  • Support junior operations and office management tasks where required, contributing to a positive, collaborative and proactive team culture.
  • Help champion Capsule's values, business DNA and ways of working through professionalism, accountability and leading by example.

As an Account Executive, you will be a natural team player with a strong interest in beauty, wellness and lifestyle PR, and a genuine passion for media, trends and storytelling.
  • You will play a key role in delivering outstanding press office results across a portfolio of beauty and wellness brands - supporting the generation of impactful, high-quality coverage that drives brand awareness, relevance and conversation. We are looking for somebody who is excited by pitching, confident building relationships with editors, journalists and influencers, and proactive in identifying reactive and trend-led opportunities that keep brands consistently visible. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with strong organisation and attention to detail, bringing energy, curiosity and a results-driven mindset to every account they work on.,
  • Results-driven with a strong understanding of what meaningful PR coverage looks like and how to deliver ROI for clients.
  • Strong interest in beauty, wellness and lifestyle PR, with existing journalist and influencer relationships preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in pitching and relationship building.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Creative, proactive and culturally aware, with a natural curiosity for trends, media and consumer behaviour.
  • Good understanding of the UK media landscape across print, digital, social and broadcast.
  • Confident in reporting, tracking coverage and presenting results clearly and accurately.
  • A positive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to support the wider team and go the extra mile when needed.
