Full Job Description
This Account Director, Client Leadership role spans two global clients, Bacardi and Zurich, offering the opportunity to work across both lifestyle and corporate categories. On Bacardi, you will support some of the spirits category's most iconic brands, partnering with global client teams and brand leads to deliver strategic responses, shape compelling media narratives, and guide local markets to produce high-quality, insight-led outputs. You will play a key role in elevating storytelling, ensuring recommendations are grounded in clear business objectives, and identifying innovative media and creative partnership opportunities in collaboration with specialist teams.
Alongside this, you will support Zurich's global client team, contributing to integrated communications planning and operational delivery across 13+ markets. Working closely with senior leadership, you will help coordinate global initiatives, manage network collaboration, and ensure consistent, high-quality output that supports Zurich's brand and business goals across both B2B and B2C audiences.
This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong strategic thinking, confident stakeholder management, and the ability to influence both global and local teams to deliver best-in-class work across multiple markets.

Our working pattern for colleagues is to be present in the office three days a week at our offices in London with the other days available to work remotely. Let us know if you have any questions about our working pattern as part of your application and interview process.
Flexible Working
At Omnicom Media Group, we are committed to supporting flexibility for our people while fostering collaboration, innovation, and teamwork. We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 - 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 - 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that's in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
We encourage open conversations between our people and managers to help navigate high-need periods and individual circumstances. Our goal is to create an environment where people feel genuinely supported to do their best - both in their careers and in their lives outside of work.
