Full Job Description
Due to a year of growth and several new client wins, we are recruiting an Account Director to join our Client Success team. You will work as a strategic support to our Client Partners, taking the operational lead on a select number of our most valuable key accounts. Your role here will be to:
· Orchestrate and support the day-to-day delivery of complex employer branding campaigns, ensuring they are on time, on brief, and highly profitable
· Working closely with your key clients, help provide accurate forecasting information to the Client Partners
· Act as the primary strategic escalation point for mid-to-senior client stakeholders, offering expertise and guidance
· Protect agency margin by strictly managing hours, resources, and third-party costs across your client base
· Proactively manage "scope creep" before it impacts your colleagues, and client relationships
· Drive a high-performance culture by helping to manage, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers and Account Execs
· Identify opportunities within your current projects that are mutually beneficial to both the client and Creed.
You will need proven experience at a senior level in an agency, marketing, or client service environment or within an Employer brand or TA department. It is important that you:
· Possess strong commercial awareness, understanding exactly how time and resource allocation impacts the agency's bottom line
· Are highly effective at delegating and directing work to the right level of resource
· Can handle conflict resolution confidently, managing difficult conversations with clients regarding deadlines, budgets, or scope
· Impeccable prioritisation skills, managing conflicting demands across your key accounts
· Demonstrate strong mentorship skills to coach more junior colleagues, improve their confidence, and ensure high employee satisfaction and retention
· Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in mathematics and English.
At Creed Comms, we work with some of the UK's largest employers to help them attract, recruit and retain the talent they need to thrive. We're a secure and growing talent communications, advertising, and media agency that's 100% employee-owned. · 28 days' holiday + bank holidays + Christmas closure + your birthday off
· Bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary
· Tax-free profit share & quarterly team bonuses
· £500 training allowance, SMART objectives & regular PDRs
· And we're 2 mins from Altrincham centre, tram/trains
· Plus, too many socials to mention!
