Full Job Description

We are hiring an Account Director to join Saatchi & Saatchi on a 2-month fixed-term contract, available to start immediately. This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a fast-moving client environment, providing leadership, clarity, and momentum across key projects. You'll be trusted to bring teams together, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure delivery remains on track from day one. If you're confident navigating complexity and thrive on making an immediate impact, this role is for you. What you'll be doing:

  • Lead day-to-day client relationships, providing clear, strategic counsel and maintaining strong, trusted partnerships.
  • Drive the smooth delivery of campaigns and projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Align internal creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver cohesive and effective work.
  • Take ownership of project planning, managing priorities and adapting quickly to evolving client needs.
  • Provide direction and support to account team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Identify potential risks early and proactively implement solutions to keep delivery on track.
  • Champion high standards across all outputs, ensuring work reflects both the agency's and client's expectations.

    Proven experience operating at Account Director level within an agency environment.
  • Ability to quickly build credibility with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Clear, confident communication style, both written and verbal.
  • Experience managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and change.
  • Availability to start immediately and commit to the full 2-month contract.
