Full Job Description
Oxford PharmaGenesis is looking for an experienced Account Director to provide leadership and direction to colleagues, supporting the delivery of an effective, innovative and efficient service to our clients.
The key focus of this role will be on overseeing a high-profile, high-volume and fast-paced publications account across three key indications: dermatology, rheumatology and inflammatory bowel disease. You will work closely with Account Managers and Account Executives to ensure the successful delivery of publications to agreed timelines and budgets, alongside planning other account activities.
As an Account Director, you will be responsible for supporting the strategic direction of the account, plus accurate forecasting, budgeting and resource allocation.
This role requires excellent account management skills, and a proactive, flexible approach. You should have the ability to build strong client partnerships, adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively with the team to deliver effective solutions. The team is based in our vibrant London office.
We are looking for a motivated Account Director who has:
significant experience in publications account management within medical communications
excellent leadership abilities, and experience of supporting and developing colleagues
strong experience of account financial management, budgeting and forecasting
the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
the ability to think and work strategically.
