Full Job Description

  • Win high value new business - target, engage, and convert Corporate level prospects through strategic outbound activity and relationship building.
  • Expand enterprise accounts - develop deep, long term relationships and introduce the breadth of Bytes' services to maximise customer value.
  • Lead solution engagement - work closely with our technical specialists to design and position complex multi tower IT solutions.
  • Own the full sales lifecycle - from discovery and qualification through to commercial negotiation and close, establishing Bytes as a trusted strategic partner.

    Proven IT sales experience within a VAR, reseller, vendor, or services organisation which compliments Bytes' portfolio
  • Track record of winning and growing large accounts in the Corporate or Enterprise space.
  • Strong commercial acumen - able to articulate value and navigate complex procurement and stakeholder environments.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the credibility to engage senior decision makers.
  • A proactive, self driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a high performance environment.

  • We're seeking an Account Director to drive growth across our Corporate segment (2,000-10,000 seats). Operating in a strategic land and expand model, you will secure high value new business and grow accounts by introducing the full Bytes portfolio - spanning Microsoft cloud, cybersecurity, data & AI, software licensing, and managed services.   • Cloud Solutions - Modernising and optimising cloud estates across Azure, M365, AWS, and the modern workplace, including large scale migration and multi cloud support.
  • Cybersecurity - Enterprise grade protection, detection, and response across identity, data, and infrastructure, delivered with leading vendors such as Microsoft, CrowdStrike, Check Point, Mimecast, Wiz, and CyberArk.
  • Data & AI - Driving insight and automation with data strategy, governance, analytics, and Azure based AI/Copilot services.
  • Modern Workplace & Hybrid Infrastructure - Enhancing collaboration, productivity, and core infrastructure across Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams, and Copilot, alongside hybrid environments built on VMware, Dell, HPE, Nutanix, Cisco, Aruba, Rubrik, Veeam, and NetApp.
