Monty is seeking a highly accomplished Account Director to lead a portfolio of high-profile beauty and lifestyle clients. This is a rarely available, senior opportunity for someone who not only lives and breathes beauty, but also brings exceptional leadership, strategic oversight, and a sharp analytical mindset to campaign delivery and reporting. As an Account Director, you will sit at the heart of the client relationship, driving strategy, leading teams, and ensuring best-in-class campaign execution. You'll combine creative storytelling with a data-led approach, using insights and performance metrics to shape impactful, results-driven PR and creator programmes.,

  • Lead the day-to-day management of your client portfolio, building strong client relationships while delivering strategic counsel and fully integrated communications campaigns across digital, social, and print
  • Own the strategic direction of PR calendars, guiding your team to secure high-impact coverage across print, digital, and social through best-in-class media and influencer relationships, ensuring year-on-year growth
  • Confidently lead client meetings, creative brainstorms, and reporting-delivering clear updates, actionable insights, and forward-thinking recommendations
  • Conceptualise and execute creative brand moments, brand collaborations, partnerships, and UK press events, with oversight of logistics, budgets, and flawless delivery
  • Oversee and evolve inclusive, diverse press, influencer, MUA, KOL, and celebrity networks, continually identifying new voices and opportunities
  • Own KPIs across accounts, leading your team on media analysis, coverage reporting, and year-on-year performance tracking, with insight-led recommendations (Cision, CreatorIQ)
  • Support the Managing Partner and Founder on new business opportunities, contributing to standout pitches and agency growth
  • Identify opportunities for organic account growth and additional revenue streams
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers, consistently securing feature-level coverage
  • Stay ahead of industry shifts, trends, and cultural moments, bringing fresh, relevant thinking into client work
  • Manage and motivate your team to ensure a cohesive and supported team ethos and ethic
  • Ensure a regionally strong and considered strategy for relevant clients (events, outreach, pitching and relationship building)
  • Contribute ideas and content for Monty's owned social channels

    8+ years' experience in beauty PR, with at least 2 years operating at Junior Account Director or Account Director level
  • Exceptional media, influencer, and KOL network
  • An established and respected reputation within the industry
  • A natural storyteller with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance creative and commercial objectives
  • Demonstrate deep, working knowledge of influencer ecosystems and platforms, including Tribe and CreatorIQ
  • An understanding of paid opportunities, metrics and amplification across social, digital and print
  • Highly organised, proactive, and self-driven, with a sharp eye for detail
  • Collaborative, positive, and solutions-focused in your approach
  • Deeply connected to beauty, trends, and cultural conversations
  • Leads by example, creating a high-performing, supportive, and inclusive team environment
