Looking for a hands-on role where every day is different? We provide full training and ongoing support to help you build a rewarding career in a growing industry. What You'll Do Create, maintain, and update contract files and registers, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Generate contract correspondence, manage service programmes, and support invoicing through Sage. Update work-in-progress records and completed works in line with reporting deadlines. Provide programme updates and operational support to the Account Manager. Act as a point of contact between engineers, clients, and internal departments. Handle customer and engineer enquiries, raising additional work requests as required. Log and manage customer, site, and supplier enquiries or complaints through to resolution. Provide general administrative support to managers and maintain quality management systems. Promote a safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible office environment.
