Full Job Description
- Shape and scope projects with clients, from initial brief through to budget, resourcing, timeline and delivery
- Partner with Strategy and Creative teams to ensure client needs are met with strong, on-brief, and brave thinking
- Actively contribute to creative development-offering feedback, guidance, and context to help teams do their best work
- Drive the commercial success of projects: setting budgets, managing scopes, tracking profitability
- Mentor and guide more junior members of the team
- Represent the agency in new business meetings and pitches, helping to convert opportunities into long-term relationships
They're now looking for someone to join the client services team. They'd ideally like someone with some strong branding experience; a confident, collaborative and thoughtful person who knows how to guide complex brand projects and build strong, lasting relationships. You'll be someone who can see the bigger picture without losing sight of the detail, is confident managing people and processes, and is energised by running a variety of projects-from bold rebrands for global players to fresh identities for local disruptors. You'll be a key partner to clients and creative teams-helping to shape work that is brave, strategic and beautifully executed. You'll bring structure, clarity and energy to every stage of a project, while always keeping sight of the bigger picture. You'll have a truly global mindset; this role will suit someone who has lived in different parts of the world and/or speaks languages and has an interest in different cultures and ways of life. This role is for someone who combines strategic thinking, operational confidence and emotional intelligence. You're someone who asks smart questions, keeps a calm head under pressure, and helps others do their best work-while bringing a bit of joy to the process along the way., - 6-8 years' experience in a client services or project leadership role within a creative, brand, communications, or digital studio
- Proven track record of managing complex brand or design projects with multiple stakeholders and moving parts
- Excellent communication skills-written, spoken, and visual
- A natural ability to build trust and rapport with clients and teams alike
- Strong commercial awareness: comfortable managing budgets, negotiating scopes, and keeping projects profitable
- A proactive, solutions-first mindset: you don't wait for problems to escalate-you lean in and sort them
- Great instincts when it comes to people, process and priorities A passion for creativity, craft, and ideas that challenge the status quo
- The confidence to push back when needed, and the empathy to know when not to
