Can you coordinate complex office moves while ensuring business operations continue to run smoothly? Have you successfully managed stakeholder expectations and communicated effectively during periods of change? Our Accommodation team plays a vital role in supporting the organisation through workspace planning, office moves, and changes to accommodation. Working within Estates, the team ensures that office space is used effectively and that staff are supported throughout accommodation changes with minimal disruption to business operations. You will work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, coordinating people and floor moves, monitoring space utilisation, and providing expert guidance on accommodation processes. This role also supports team leadership and day-to-day operational coordination, helping ensure moves are well planned, communicated clearly, and delivered safely and efficiently. Find out more about what it's like working at: Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency - Department for Transport Careers Your responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to: Accurately co-ordinate floor/people moves for Business Areas, supporting staff and stakeholders through the process to ensure continued smooth running of operational business is maintained.Advise and manage the expectations of the business through all accommodation changes.Provide line management for staff to address performance, attendance, and behavioural issues within the team. Draft objectives and carry out regular 1-2-1 to measure performance against objectives.Arrange and approve movement of existing IT equipment and request new specialist equipment via the 'Service Now' icon.Responsibility for ensuring that you and your staff comply with all DVLA health and safety policies and procedures under Section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act, 1974. Take reasonable care of your own health and safety and the safety of any others that could be affected by your acts or omissions under Section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act, 1974.
