Full Job Description

As an Accommodation Night Worker, you'll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly overnight. You'll make sure the building is clean, safe, and secure, and help welcome residents and staff during the night. You'll also work to keep the environment calm and quiet, support your colleagues with any overnight tasks, and be ready to respond to any incidents or offer help to residents with more complex needs. Your presence will help everyone feel safe and supported through the night.

+ Experience working with young people who have complex needs - this doesn't have to be in a housing setting.
+ A natural ability to connect and communicate with people from all walks of life.
+ Strong organisational skills and a warm, approachable manner.
+ Great communication skills and a team-focused attitude, especially when working during unsociable hours.
+ A good understanding of mental health issues and confidence in managing challenging behaviour when needed.

Days and hours - This is on a 4 on/4 off rota. Shifts are 10pm to 8am.
What we offer
Annual salary £ 26438.88 per annum.
