Queen Anne House is a vibrant 80-room accommodation site located right by Parker's Piece in Cambridge-easily accessible by public transport, with free parking available.
About the Role
As a Night Worker, you'll be a key presence in the building overnight ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and comfort of our residents. You'll respond to incidents, offer practical support, and help maintain a peaceful, respectful atmosphere. Your work will directly contribute to helping young people feel secure, supported, and empowered to thrive.

We are seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals with:
+ Experience of working with young people with complex needs, although not necessarily in a housing context
+ Strong interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and engage with a diverse range of individuals
+ Good organisational abilities, capable of managing a range of tasks while remaining calm under pressure
+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate as part of a team
+ A positive, confident approach to managing challenging behaviour
+ A solid understanding of current mental health issues and the ability to support young people in a sensitive, empathetic manner.

Salary: £25,396.80 per year, hourly rate £12.21.
