Accommodation Case Worker

YMCA Trinity Group is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Accommodation Caseworker to join our team. This new, exciting role is part of a new era of work with young people. You will play a key role in supporting young people to develop independence, providing high-quality, person-centred support within a safe and nurturing environment., + Manage a caseload of residents, ensuring accurate records, support plans, and professional administration
+ Complete risk assessments and identify safeguarding concerns, taking appropriate action where required
+ Provide tailored, person-centred support to help residents develop independence and access relevant services
+ Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to meet residents' needs
+ Maintain compliance with organisational standards, including Ofsted requirements, and contribute to case reflections, audits, and meetings

+ Has experience working with young people or in a supported housing environment
+ Has strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessment, and support planning
+ Understands housing, benefits, and support services (e.g. DWP)
+ Has excellent communication and organisational skills
+ Is committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion
+ Can work flexibly as part of a 7-day rota, including evenings and weekends
+ Committed to achieving at least a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject

Days and hours - 40 hours per week - 8 week rota pattern including evenings and weekends.
What we offer
Annual salary £28246.40 - £29369.60 - dependent on qualification (at least Level 3)
