Full Job Description
You will lead the delivery, assessment and ongoing development of CIH programmes, helping learners build the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to achieve professional competence within housing. You'll deliver engaging classroom-based and blended learning across relevant housing and customer-focused topics, while monitoring learner progress and providing timely support to maximise outcomes. - Proven occupational experience within housing, social housing or housing services
- Strong understanding of housing practice, customer service, tenancy management and sector standards
- Experience managing relationships with employers, partners, learners or key stakeholders
- Holds a relevant housing, teaching or assessor qualification, or is willing to work towards one More about you You bring strong hands-on expertise in housing service delivery, you understand the requirements of compliance, safeguarding and quality standards, and can confidently track progress and implement improvements. You're comfortable working with a range of stakeholders, from employers to awarding bodies, and are motivated to create an inclusive learning environment. You will also have or be willing to complete any required teaching or assessor qualifications.
