Full Job Description
Middlesex University is seeking experienced and proactive Partnerships Managers to join our Education and Student Experience team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing, managing and enhancing our diverse portfolio of UK and international academic partnerships, helping to deliver outstanding educational experiences for students studying with our partners around the world.
As Partnerships Manager, you will work collaboratively with academic and professional service colleagues to ensure partnerships are developed, approved and managed effectively, supporting the University's strategic ambitions while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of academic partnerships, acting as the key point of contact between partner institutions and the University.
Working closely with colleagues across faculties and professional services, you will:
# Lead the operational management of partnership activities across designated faculties
# Build and maintain productive relationships with UK and international partners
# Support the development, approval and launch of new academic partnerships
# Coordinate partnership and programme validation and review processes
# Ensure effective implementation of University regulations, policies and procedures within partner institutions
# Contribute to improving student outcomes, student experience and regulatory compliance
# Lead partnership meetings, events and stakeholder engagement activitie
# Manage and support a Partnerships Administrator and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives

# A degree or substantial equivalent professional experience
# Experience working within higher education or a similar complex organisation
# Proven project and operational management experience
# Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
# Experience coordinating activity across multiple teams or departments
# Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing
# Strong organisational, analytical and problem solving abilities
# A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and fostering inclusive working practices
