Academic Administrator

Part-time, Fixed-term · Dulwich, London · As soon as possible

Alleyn's School is seeking an Academic Administrator to join us on a fixed-term basis from September, initially to the end of the Advent Term (16 December 2026).

You will provide administrative support to assigned departments, contributing to both the curricular and co-curricular life of the school. The role covers general administration, the preparation of materials for lessons, the management of departmental resources and school trip administration. Your focus will be the English department and the school's Combined Cadet Force (CCF), with support also provided to Drama, Dance, Film Studies and PSHE as required.

This is a varied post at the heart of a busy school, offering the chance to work across a wide range of subjects and activities and to see the impact of your work on pupils every day.
