Full Job Description
The Student Data team supports all three college campuses and is based at our Gloucester Campus by Gloucester Quays, working mainly from the office. This role is key to supporting staff to confidently use the college's student data systems, providing clear guidance, supervision, collaboration and a focus on improving processes and data quality. You will be required to work independently and use your own initiative when solving problems and suggesting improvements to current systems and processes. You will help ensure information is used consistently and accurately across the college, supporting a high-quality experience for both staff and students. Act as a key link between technical teams, finance, employers and staff, ensuring accurate records, compliant processes and effective apprenticeship invoicing. You will provide day-to-day support, maintenance and administration of learner systems, including Apprenticeship Tracking and ProMonitor, ensuring they run effectively and meet user needs. Deliver first-line support by managing queries and working closely with colleagues and suppliers to resolve issues promptly. Use feedback from users to improve systems, develop clear guidance and training, and promote best practice across teams.
