A172 SEND Lecturer in Maths

· -Plan and deliver inclusive, engaging lessons that meet learners' needs and encourage independence

· -Create a safe, supportive environment that promotes positive behaviour, respect and confidence

· -Assess progress, give clear feedback, and keep accurate records to support learner achievement

· -Work with colleagues and partners to remove barriers and support literacy, language and numeracy development

· -Promote progression, helping learners build skills for everyday life, further study and employment

· -Experience teaching learners with additional needs, including SEND or disrupted education

· -Experience delivering Functional Skills maths

· -Teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent)

· -GCSE English and maths (grade C/4 or above) or equivalent
