A&E Navigator

Could you be the person who helps a young person find hope, support, and a safer path forward when they need it most? The A&E Navigator programme, funded by CURV (Cleveland Unit for the Reduction of Violence), supports 10-24-year-olds who arrive at A&E in crisis or facing significant vulnerability. Navigators deliver a focused 4-6 week intervention packed with stabilisation work, safety planning, emotional support, and practical problem-solving. Working side-by-side with hospital teams and community partners, the role makes sure young people leave A&E with a clear plan, stronger coping skills, and confident links into longer-term support - directly contributing to CURV's mission to reduce serious violence and improve outcomes for young people across Cleveland., We offer a range very attractive Employee Benefits and Rewards including
