What you'll be doing
Develop and manage 4D models that integrate project schedules with BIM
Produce visualisations and simulations to support tenders, stakeholders, and project delivery
Collaborate with planners, engineers, and BIM teams on sequencing and methodology
Track progress and update models to reflect real-time project status
Contribute to improving digital construction processes across projects
Proven experience in construction planning & scheduling
Proficiency with 4D tools (e.g., Synchro, Navisworks)
Strong understanding of BIM and construction methodologies
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Eligible to achieve SC security clearance
