4000 - Care Support Worker

An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to recruit care support workers to our Acute Stroke unit and Care of the Elderly wards. We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join our friendly team. We are 28 bedded units split between joint specialities of acute stroke and care of the elderly. We work closely with the multi disciplinary team comprising of SALT, neuro and medical physios and occupational therapists and dietetics. When you join our team, you become part of a dynamic and progressive nursing workforce and a dedicated team led by Matron, Lead Nurse, Specialist Stroke Nurses and Advanced Clinical Practitioners with a variety of professional backgrounds.
