Full Job Description

  • Provide exceptional remote technical support for complex cases, diagnosing issues and resolving requests
  • Document incidents and ensure SLAs are met while delivering excellent end user experiences
  • Conduct onsite troubleshooting at client facilities as needed
  • Coach and mentor junior engineers by sharing technical expertise and collecting organizational knowledge
  • Identify continuous improvements within the team
  • Serve as a point of contact and guide the team in Team Leaders absence

    Full UK Driving License
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working in a corporate or MSP technology environment
  • Administering Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server & Office 365
  • CompTIA, relevant apprenticeship, or higher education
  • Degree or degree equivalent qualifications is desirable
  • People-centric approach & service
  • Competent with Windows desktop & application support
  • Tablet and mobile device support
  • Network troubleshooting including ping and trace route
  • Understanding of razorblues business, clients, and market
  • Good understanding of Veeam Backup & Replication
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy
  • Understanding of Microsoft Azure AD Sync and Azure AD Connect
  • Excellent conversational fluency in English to explain complex technical issues
  • Commitment to continuous learning and development
