2nd In charge of Hendon's Autism Resourced Provision (HARP)

We are keen to appoint an enthusiastic, innovative and dedicated qualified teacher with experience of autism to work in our highly successful Resourced Provision for autistic young people. As 2i/c, the successful candidate will have leadership responsibility and will work closely with the Manager of HARP assisting in the daily running of the provision and strategic planning and implementation for the ARP. Our established provision supports 21 students with Educational Health and Care Plans across Key Stages 3-5. We are a successful and well-resourced provision with staff who are passionate about supporting young people to achieve the highest possible outcomes in all areas of their development whilst also being part of a vibrant and multi-cultural mainstream school community in North London. We are seeking someone with:
