2027 MUFG UK Summer Analyst Programme: Japanese Corporate Banking

Our 10-week Summer Analyst programme is designed to provide you with a unique insight into investment banking. Starting off with a week of technical training, you'll gain a deep understanding of our products and markets. Then armed with this knowledge, you will have the opportunity to join our team:

• Prepare business proposals and presentation materials, with opportunities to accompany Relationship Managers to client meetings.
• Support ongoing credit analysis by drafting credit applications, completing borrower ratings and gathering information to monitor the credit portfolio.
• Assist with day-to-day operational activities in line with internal procedures.
• Collaborate with teams across Operations, Markets, Transaction Banking and Credit to respond to client requests and contribute to internal meetings.
As part of a select intake, you will have the opportunity to learn from some of the experienced professionals in the corporate banking industry and will be allocated a buddy to make sure you have all the support to get the most out of the Summer Analyst Programme Our Summer Analyst Programme serves as a pipeline into the full-time MUFG Analyst Programme, and successful interns may receive an offer to join the full-time Analyst Programme the following year.
