Full Job Description
- Deliver top-notch customer service by resolving technical issues and keeping customers in the loop
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity problems, and collaborate with field engineers to fix hardware like routers, switches, and Wi-Fi APs
- Use tools such as Solarwinds and Extreme XIQ to track down problems
- Manage incidents and request tickets on ServiceNow with precision, escalating to senior engineers when needed
- Assist with hardware and vendor management, ensuring swift resolution of faults
At least 1 years' support experience in a busy, customer-focused service desk or NOC environment - Solid understanding of LAN/WAN technologies
- A networking qualification like CCNA (or working towards it) is a big plus
- Strong communication - clear, calm and customer-focused
- Confidence working in a shift-based environment
- Ability to obtain BPSS, SC, and NPPV3 clearance for this role

- Full-time permanent position, 40 hours per week
- We operate a 24/7/365 rota. Standard shifts are between 8:00am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday. You will also take part in a 7-day home working rota, which includes the following shift patterns: 06:00-14:30, 14:00-22:30 and 22:00-06:30.
- Hybrid working on the Monday to Friday shifts, with Monday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office and Tuesday and Friday working from home. Who Are Convergence Group?
