Who We're Looking For

This role would suit someone with previous IT support experience, but we would also welcome applications from individuals who have recently completed an IT Apprenticeship and are looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and fast-paced IT environment.

Irrespective of the role, the "non-negotiables" for any of our colleagues are Drive, Character, Attitude, Energy, and Talent. Technical knowledge is important, but we are equally interested in how you have applied these qualities to achieve success and overcome challenges.

You will be self-motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

What You'll Need

You will ideally have knowledge or experience of:

  • PCs and Microsoft operating systems, including desktop and server environments
  • Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Active Directory and domain environments
  • Microsoft Outlook, Exchange, and email security platforms
  • Networking concepts including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and VPN access
  • Remote support tools such as Remote Desktop and VNC
  • Printers, scanners, and wireless network devices
  • Internet setup, troubleshooting, and access management
  • Diagnosing and resolving IT issues remotely

The following would be advantageous but are not essential:

  • Knowledge of motor retail manufacturer systems and interfaces
  • Experience of IP telephony and SIP technologies

Personal Traits

  • A friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure
  • A positive, team-focused approach
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills

We Offer

We are proud to be the motor retailer that invests more in colleague development than any other. If successful, you can look forward to ongoing training, career progression opportunities, and a range of excellent benefits, including:
