The Resettlement Hub plays a key role in preparing individuals for release from custody, whether that be within the UK or overseas. The team works to support prisoners in reducing reoffending by providing guidance, signposting services, and facilitating access to the wider reducing reoffending pathways. This role sits within the administrative function of the Hub, supporting the coordination and delivery of this work, while also involving some prisoner-facing elements due to the nature of the services provided.
