Your role as 12ab Traffic Management IPV Foreman: As a key member of our team, you will

• Leading Crews:Overseeing the safe deployment of traffic management equipment such as cones, signs, andbarriers.
• IPV Operation:Driving and operatinglorry-mounted crash cushions(IPV) to protect workers from live traffic.
• Compliance & Safety:Ensuring all operations comply withChapter 8regulations and site-specificrisk assessments.
• Site Coordination:Communicating withTraffic Safety Control Officers(TSCO) or site managers to maintain efficient workflow.
• Training and Mentoring:Guidingtrainee operativeson safety protocols and procedures
  
  Qualifications: 12b LTMO or 12a Traffic Management Foreman qualification
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Chapter 8 regulations
• Driving Licence: Full licence with no more than 6 points. Any driving bans must have expired at least 5 years ago
• Testing: Must pass a drug and alcohol test (offer contingent on results)
• Attitude: Positive, "can-do" mindset
• Skills: Adaptability, flexibility, and meticulous attention to detail
• IPV qualification
